Notice view
The left part of the header is build up out of a titlefield, the priority bar and the notice date.
On the right of it are the most essential formatting buttons for notes.
Under it is a big edit field for the note text.
FastNotice always remains in the foreground and overlies all other programs.
This is very helpful when you want to compare several text passages or often have to copy and paste.
Also in this mask you can hide and show the window with shortcut Strg+H any time.
