New system installation or usage on a new/second computer.

FastNotice was conceived for multi user systems. Every user of the computer sees only his own notes. This is done with the Windows registration name.

If you install a new system or FastNotice on a other computer and you choosed a other login name for windows, you don"t see after the FastNotice-Installation your notes any more.
